King of the Jungle Party

A once-in-a-lifetime experience, with exclusive activities your child will treasure forever. Your child and friends will receive the royal treatment at our King/Queen of the Jungle Party.

This 3-hour celebration includes:

  • Private party room for activities and entertainment
  • Costume character to welcome your guests and take pictures with them (each young guest receives a copy of their photo at the end of the party)
  • Educational animal encounters
  • Wildlife Theater performance
  • Special zookeeper encounter
  • Birthday child feeds a sea lion
  • 3 party hosts
  • Cupcake decorating bar
  • Delightful assortment of food designed for younger tastes by the Dancing Crane Caterers
  • Food and cake are served at our Snow Leopard Exhibit, which is cordoned off from regular visitors
  • Adults can enjoy mimosas and more sophisticated fare in our Gallery while the young guests go on a personalized zoo tour.

  • Five-minute video of party highlights
  • For Rainforest Retreat ONLY- Children make bird treats in our Zoo Kitchen and then feed the birds in the Tropic Zone canopy, which will closed to the public
  • For King Penguin ONLY- Our zookeepers will introduce your child and guests to one of our Central Park Penguins. Following the meeting, the keeper offers live fish to the penguins, so your guests can watch the penguins enjoy their treat.
